My Life My Choice

A self-advocacy charity run by and for people with learning disabilities.

My Life My Choice has a range of projects, run by teams of people with learning disabilities. These include

• the Stingray Club,the only night club in Oxford run by and for people with learning disabilities
• the Travel Buddy Scheme, a way that people with learning disabilities can build their confidence to travel on their own on buses and trains
• a radio station
• training for professionals by trainers with learning disabilities

and much more.

Anyone who has a learning disability and lives in Oxfordshire can join My Life My Choice.

They have eleven friendly local self-advocacy groups all around Oxfordshire: in Abingdon, Banbury, Blackbird Leys, Carterton, Chipping Norton, Didcot, Henley-on-Thames, City of Oxford College, Oxford, Wantage, and Witney.
