Mates ‘n’ Dates is a dating and friendship agency for adults with learning disabilities in Oxfordshire, run by Guideposts Trust.

They support adults with a learning disability to make new friends, to date and to develop relationships.

People with learning disabilities want to be the same as everybody else – this means they want friends and maybe a partner. Mates ‘n’ Dates has been developed to help make this basic right a reality. It has over 260 members, who live in Oxfordshire.

They hold regular speed-dating nights as well as activities such as picnics, bowling, walks, quiz nights and meals out.
